The above transformers are widely used in switching power supply and have the following characteristics:

High permeability, high efficiency, low leakage, good heat dissipation, small electromagnetic interference

Magnetic core:EE、EC、EI、EF、EER、ED、EFD、PQ、RM

Magnetic core material:SP3、SP4、SP4A

Installation: can be designed according to customer requirements


Applications

Various switching power supply: dc-dc, ac-dc-ac, dc-ac,UPS power supply, etc

Circuit form: forward excitation, back excitation, push pull, half bridge, full bridge circuit, etc

(1)A typical circuit

In switching power supply circuits, the commonly used typical circuit topologies are:

Forward - excited, back - excited, push - pull, half - bridge (full - bridge), etc。A typical three-way output forward converter topology is shown below。When the dc input voltage is 60-200v and the output power is 200W,Forward converter is probably the most widely used topology。

Flyback converter topology

The typical topology of a full-bridge converter is shown in the figure Input network pressure for 220V or higher applications,Its main advantage is that the leakage voltage spike clamp on the primary side of the transformer can be located at the dc bus voltage and the leakage energy can be fed back to the input bus。
